  <li>Task Planning: Define tasks of varying complexity, break them down into stages using subtasks, assign deadlines, and designate responsible individuals to ensure timely completion.</li>
  
  <li>Responsibility Sharing: Collaborate efficiently by inviting team members at either the workspace or project level, granting access only to relevant information required for their tasks.</li>
