Develop projects within these workspaces to maintain a structured approach towards your objectives. You have the ability to name and describe both projects and workspaces, as well as invite team members to collaborate.</li>
  
  <li>Task Planning: Define tasks of varying complexity, break them down into stages using subtasks, assign deadlines, and designate responsible individuals to ensure timely completion.</li>
  
  <li>Responsibility Sharing: Collaborate efficiently by inviting team members at either the workspace or project level, granting access only to relevant information required for their tasks.</li>

  <li>Task Categorization: Classify tasks as actions, meetings, or calls. WEEEK visually distinguishes each task type and provides distinct notifications for better organization.</li>
  
  <li>Task Priority: Prioritize tasks for yourself and team members by assigning four levels of importance – low, medium, high, or hold – ensuring critical tasks are addressed promptly.</li>
  
  <li>Subtask Management: Create multi-step tasks and checklists with the option to add subtasks up to six nesting levels, facilitating detailed task breakdown.</li>
